إن المشروعات الصغيرة تعد من أحد أهم القطاعات التي توفر فرص عمل للشباب خاصة مع رأس مالها الصغير وقدرتها علي الانتشار الجعرافي والوصول الي كل مناطق الجمهورية ولذلك توليها الدولة أهمية قصوي. وإيمانا من جامعة المنوفية بأن ريادة الاعمال تعد أحد قاطرات الاقتصاد في المرحلة المقبلة ونظرا لدور جودة التعليم العالي في تنمية المهارات والجدارات التي تتفق مع متطلبات وإحتياجات سوق العمل وإكساب الخريج المرونة والتكيف مع تغيرات السوق وتدعيم الفكر الابتكاري الذي يضمن التطوير والتحسين المستمر.
ولهذا جاء مؤتمر مركز ضمان الجودة بالجامعة تحت عنوان " لنشر ثقافة ريادة الاعمال والتاكيد علي أهمية قطاع المشروعات الصغيرة وتشجيع الابتكار كركيزة أساسية للانطلاق بهذا القطاع والدعوة لتحدي المعوقات التي تواجه المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودور أجهزة الدولة المعنية في دعم هذة المشروعات مع استعراض نماذج من الافكار الرائدة لهذة المشروعات داخل الجامعات المصرية" .
حيث الجودة وأثرها على الابتكار والتطوير المهني، الجديد في جودة التعليم من دعائم لفكر الريادة، لمحة من مجتمع ريادة الاعمال في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، أدوات الجودة فى مواجهة التحديات المتعلقة بتطوير المجتمعات الريادية، التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ القرار :- مابين الجودة وريادة الاعمال.
اتى هذا المؤتمر تجسيدا للاهتمام المتزايد بفكر ريادة الاعمال وايمانا بدوره الفعال فى تعزيز الحياة الاقتصادية . وقد سعت جامعة المنوفية لطرح الرؤى المختلفة حول ريادة الاعمال والتاكيد على دور الجودة كمدخل الى عالم الاعمال وداعم للفكر الريادى.

Menoufia University welcomes participants from Egyptian universities and universities from different Arab countries
The small projects are one of the most important sectors that provide employment opportunities for young people, especially with its small capital and its ability to spread geographically and access to all regions of the Republic and therefore the State attaches importance to the most. It is the belief of Menoufia University that entrepreneurship is one of the locomotives of the economy in the next stage. Due to the role of the quality of higher education in the development of skills and competencies that conform to the requirements and needs of the labor market, the graduates will be flexible and adapt to market changes. The Conference of Quality Assurance Center under the title "To spread the culture of entrepreneurship and emphasis on the importance of the small enterprises sector and encourage innovation as a cornerstone for the launch of this sector and advocacy to challenge the obstacles facing small and medium enterprises and the role of state agencies concerned in supporting these projects, The pioneering ideas for these projects within the Egyptian universities. "

The conference is a reflection of the growing interest in entrepreneurial thinking and belief in its active role in promoting economic life.
